Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
